Once the OSB app is set up on your chosen display (TV, LCD, Android device, etc.), it automatically synchronizes with your central BZO POS system and Expediter KDS. This integration ensures that all order information flows instantly from the point of sale to the kitchen and the guest-facing status screen.

The process begins when a customer places an order:
- Order Placed: An order is entered into the BZO POS and sent to the kitchen.
- Initial Status: The order immediately appears on the guest-facing BZO POS OSB screen within the ‘Preparing‘ section.
- Customer Receipt:
- For in-house orders, a ticket with a unique order number is printed for the customer to track their status.
- For online orders, the customer receives their order confirmation and tracking information digitally (no physical ticket is printed).

- OSB Screen Update: The order is automatically transferred from the ‘Preparing‘ section to the ‘Ready‘ section on the guest-facing BZO POS Order Status Board.
- Customer Text Alert: A text message notification is automatically sent to the customer, informing them that their order is ready for pickup.
